Normally very good but ordered on Friday still have not received order now Monday evening not much else I can say.

I ordered 5x Pandan leaf to cooking my dessert ,I received it cut them up I noticed that this Pandan it not have any nice smell from them , I always brought fragrant Pandan from chinses shop every month, I know this Pandan is not right ,I proved it by chopped them up and cooked and this make me feel sick all I can smell is disgusting smell not fragrant scent at all .I know lovely nice scent from pandan as I always used them , This is wrong type of pandan that you can not use for dessert or cooking , Pandanus amaryllifolius is the only Pandanus with fragrant leaves Please make sure you sale the right product to customer.I want to return pandan leaf and I would like refund for this order please ,I sent e mail to you and look forward for your reply. this is my Order number #57456 .Thanks Update on this order next day morning I got full refund and free coupon code for delivery from the shop,atleast this show the aim to correct the mistake, well done because it means you take a good care of your customers. Useful place to get some South East Asian produce. Sauces in glass bottles are well packaged with bubble wrap. Not the cheapest but worth the money if you cannot get to an oriental supermarket to get your ingredients. As they used DPD the products may not get to you for 5-7 days after order, frozen items although packaged in insulated bags may be half thawed by that time.

My order did not arrive on the promised date, nor did I receive any heads up. I have ingredients that have gone bad waiting for this one delivery. what did I pay shipping for? I would have gone elsewhere.
